15/10/2010 - Digisound Audio Visual equips Skibereen Credit Union

Digisound Audio Visual recently fitted out the Boardroom and Training facilities at Skibereen Credit Union, Co Cork. Each room was equipped with ceiling mounted digital projectors housed in electronic drop down lifts, electric projection screens, audio system, recessing table mounted cable interfaces, and zoned audio facilites throughout the training area. The systems were designed at construction phase with first fix, second fix and final commissioning completed during summer 2010. 24/09/2010 - Digisound AV provides technical AV services for Odlums at The Ploughing Championships

Digisound AV recently provided technical AV services for Oldums at the National Ploughing Championships, Athy, 21st - 23rd September 2010. We provided multi camera coverage of live cooking demonstrations, audio distribution throughout the site, multi source switching, and local display on plasma screens throughout the 3 day event. The highlights of the event were recorded, edited and produced in DVD format. Ireland AM visited the marquee and Catherine did her TV slot live from the Odlums tent at the Ploughing Championships. Our team were on hand during the event to manage the technology and ensure a smooth production in a busy and demanding environment.

08/09/2010 - Digisound Audio Visual fits cutting edge presentation facilities in Clonakility Community College

Recently Digisound AV was awarded the contract to fit a state of the art new presentation facility in Clonakility Community College. The system which included Mitsubishi Digital Projector, RF controlled projection screen, and a 6 speaker EV sound system provides full computer, video & audio integration with wireless presentation control. The equipment rack provides a secure evironment for all the source equipment & wireless mics. We also fitted out a number of classrooms with Short Throw NEC projection systems.

10/03/2010 - Digisound Audio Visual provides AV technical services for eBay Dublin events

Digisound Audio Visual is the AV partner for eBay Dublin. Digisound Supplies all the equipment and technical support required to stage high quality  and technically challanging in house conference and seminars on a regular basis. A typical event may require the smooth operation of multiple computer and video presentations, up to 15 wireless microphones, multi camera coverage, staging, lighting, audio systems, recording and post production editing.

10/03/2010 - Digisound Audio Visual fits out 250 seater Music Venue ' The Merry Ploughboy'

Digisound Audio Visual has recently fitted out 'The Merry Ploughboy' Irish Music Venue in Rathfarnham, Dublin.

The 250 seater Irish Music Venue is widely regarded as the best traditional music show in Dublin and also a must see to any visitors to Dublin city. The show itself is a highly entertaining performance of live traditional Irish music, Song and Irish Dancing. The Merry Ploughboy has just recently received a prestigious industry award - "Best traditional dinner and show" in Ireland in 2009 by CIE Tours, Irelands largest incoming tour operator.

The venue is equipped with a 10 speaker BOSE system, active bass bins, Allen & Heath 24 channel mixer, 4 way monitor mix and Sennheiser in-ear monitoring, Mini disk, CD & MP3 playback are integrated as well as a comprehensive stage lighting rig.

07/07/2008 - Digisound Audio Visual main AV systems Integrator for South Dublin County Council

During the recent extensive fit out of the County Library in Tallaght & South Dublin County Council Buildings, Digisound Audio Visual was chosen as the main AV systems integrator. The project, which was delivered well within timescale and budget, consisted of in excess of 20 Digital projectors, 16 digital signage screens, network content, a state of the art seminar room with multipoint video conferencing, a computer training facility and a 3 metre street window rear projection screen.  Digisound also redesigned the council chamber AV system providing a high quality long throw projection system with full multi user Crestron room control integration. The entire system is protected with a custom maintenance contract providing proactive schedulded maintanence for every aspect of the system.
